theuxbites is a platform that enables comprehensive analysis of websites' user experience. We review your website, cross-reference performance metrics with usability best practices, and analyze the results. The service includes:

  • Automated UX audits
  • Performance analysis and evaluation
  • Prioritized improvement recommendations
  • SEO scores and analysis
  • Audit history and comparison
  • Kanban board for issue management

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1. Subscription Tiers

theuxbites offers three subscription tiers:

  • Lite: Free plan, 3 audits per month
  • Pro: Paid plan, 10 audits per month
  • Studio: Paid plan, 50 audits per month

3.2. Payment

Payment is processed through the Stripe payment platform. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and other methods supported by Stripe.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Prices are as displayed on the site and include applicable taxes.

3.3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription in a timely manner.

3.4. Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not provide refunds for services already used, but we review each case individually.

4. User Account

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the security of your account, including your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
